She sits upon a golden staircase. Her hands are gentle her words are soft she makes him see how he's loved.
She sees the pain in his eyes tries in vain to stop the pouring rain. She keeps him steady in the howling wind keeps him dry through the rain

When he's consumed by his foggy past she leads him down the sunlit path he doesn't know the way she feels blinded by his memory he try's desperately to pull through the fog. Late at night she crys out trying to reach his tourtred soul. She doesn't know how much she's loved

When he gazes into her eyes he sees the pain of a secret past. His soul open his heart light he listens to her cry he wraps her in his arms bringing comfort without words

When all the tears have fallen they dry their eyes they feel no sham nor regret their hearts open their souls light they talk late into the night
They will never forget their fate.
