I'm putting a new rule in place that I'm sure people tired of seeing new clans pop up every day will appreciate, as well as clan members tired of copycats and the like.
From now on, whenever a new clan is made, a post must first be made in the stickied Clan thread. You may also advertise your clan anywhere else, but do not make an "official" thread for your clan until the next condition is met.
Once 5 or more users join your clan, you may post an "official" thread. Be sure to update your thread when new members are added!
If the clan does not reach 15 members in total after one week of the "official" thread being posted, the thread will be closed and the clan will be considered terminated and disbanded.
This will ensure less flooding of this forum with threads for clans that end up dying out with only a few members.
Note for clans that have members outside of 3DSPlaza: If you have 10 or more 3DSPlaza users and a significant amount of outside members in your clan, your clan can stay.
Feel free to leave your opinions here.
