That still seems overly complicated. Why not write a single function like this:

Print('Hello';

Well in PHP you can just use print or echo..

Example: <?php echo "Hello";?>

Simple as that,there's no point making something that just does the same as a programming language but takes ages to type,imagine making a big script it would take much longer with your code.
Just keep your language simple,that's all.
