Hello.
So. yesterday, I was looking at my friend's 3DS activity on the friend list.
Apparently, he had boughten a game called "Crimson Shroud".
I went on to play my games, and checked on about an hour later.
He was still playing it.
This went on for another hour.
Curious, I looked it up in the eshop, and decided it seemed worthy and deposited $10 and bought it.
Now, yes, i'll admit, it DOES look nerdy, special dice and magic, but it is AWSOME.
It has characters that remind you of Fire Emblem. and a fighting process of Pokemon.
You follow the story of a young "Chaser" named Glaique and his friends on an epic journey.
Yes, it may look bad, because they are all game board peices and the "moving around" process sucks, but it is an AMAZING RPG.
You control Glaique, Lippi, and Frea as you move around on the board-game but very nicely done map encountering enemies as you go.
Battle them with magic, skills, and attacks, and as there is no leveling up, learn new skills and obtain new gear, weapons, and more dice.
The music suits all situations well, and the 3D is MAGNIFICENT.
Best of all, it is addicting and a long game- accordingly, my save file says that it has been played one hour and forty three minutes, and I am still very well into the beginning.
There are different kinds of battles such as Surprise attack or Adventure.
So what are you waiting for? Hurry up, to the eshop! About the rating... It says blood, but all i've really seen is a bit in a cutscene (or should I call it that?) where its on some bandages, but thats it, and they talk about God and the Devil a bit. But that's it, a pretty weak T.
