The title explains it all, but I'll explain too. So if you are wanting to chat with a friend you know is on you have to search every chat room that is on, but what if your friend is in the rp room? You've wasted a bunch of time with your searching, and what if your friend logged off before you get to him? Then not only would you have wasted a lot of time, but you wouldn't have gotten anything out of it!
