2) It probably isn't possible on wapka
3) You can't get around the character limit on the DSi (you probably shouldn't be making a website from one in the first place). Find a computer or phone instead.

1. Get a different host. Wapka disallows/deactivates some codes if you try to use them.

You can use any host from any device.

You probably mean you want a file manager that works on a DSi. The closest you can probably find is net2ftp on mobile skin.

As for the actual host, try one of these:
-freehostingnoads.net/t15.org (similar but a bit different features, fhna uses the .t15.org domain, I use fhna for Klu
-000webhost (I've had some bad experiences with them, but being free, they're fairly decent)
-heliohost (supposedly great service, but lower specs, I haven't used them)
