That would be awesome, and I doubt it would be too costly seeing how small Wayforward is.

I seriously think Nintendo should buy them, and have them work on a 2D Metroid for 3DS, just imagine that!

Then Retro would be freed up to make the next 3D FPS Metroid for Wii U.

Seriously, Wayforward is amazing with 2D platformers, they should totally do a Metroid, we haven't had a 2D one since Fusion.

@sonicman-Metroid Prime Hunters for the DS was an FPS I'm pretty sure.

I just think the Wii U is better suited for a 3D FPS than the 3DS.

any metriod with online is good if it has online shoot give it a 3D FPS online even if it is a 2D game...
