I have a feeling Nintendos blocking something.

Nintendo gave us the ability to look up POp coRN on the 3ds browser, so I doubt thats the reason why we can't watch video.
They also gave us Netflix, and have you ever been to the anime section?

Those Japanese are messed up.

Well, I do hope and have a feeling that Nintendo will make an app for the 3DS that we can share our videos to the community. Something similar like Flipnote Studio for the DSi
