Ok i can change the page and keep going, but i still can't talk in a chatroom (the main problem) p.s YES I DELTLED COOKIES!

Problem: Couldn't talk in chatrooms
Hyopsis: I was falsly banned
Real problem: Being banned from Home4dsi username here was password there.
Answer: Wait till i'm un banned snd then change password. Problem solved.
