You know, when a new user register, he should be redirected into a Noob Guide page. The page should explain all of the Plaza stuffs like the commands, the rules and The moderators(asking not to be a mod).

This idea could help so noobs won't go to the forums and say "hey im new " (the guide should tell that topics like that are unnessesary <-- fail spell )
