Cartridge: Heroes of Ruin
pikarceus (2012-09-27 22:50:54)In your first sentence you don't need a semicolon, the box art pic is slighty low res and pixelated, and you used "it's" incorrectly once, but other than that, fantastic review!
I was planning on getting this for Christmas, and your review makes me want it even more.
Hard to believe you've been doing this for a year.
diazbro9 (2012-09-28 00:40:14)Good review.

pikarceus (2012-09-29 17:40:40)IGN described it as looking like an "everyday PSP game," and judging by the demo I can agree with that.
Looking like a PSP game isn't really a bad thing, just not great.
A dungeon crawler like this (Especially with all the dark areas) doesn't really need ultra realistic graphics.
The developers also had to work with a small budget and limited cartridge storage.
In an interview, n-Space stated how the cart for Heroes of Ruin was not very "hefty" like the one for Kingdom Hearts 3D.
little5 (2012-10-01 01:01:43)Fantastic review.. It gave me a very.. unique feeling.. For the first time ever.. I call a review better than Ign's. Good job *pats back*
rayword45 (2012-12-13 13:41:53)^Jerk.
I must disagree. The game wasn't grueling and definitely had some effort, but the final product felt somewhat unfinished, some flaws (Gold and Inventory) were absolutely unforgivable and certain game areas felt clunky or shoddy.
I'd give it a 6 for the effort. Like Black Ops Declassified, only worth a price below $15
