Probably you can play the 3D video`s without flash, Because i think i`t will have a special extension .3DV Or something.

So when your in the video gallery you click on a video`s thumbnail/image, Then the 3DS will load i`t and i`t will play i`t.

And sure you can save i`t again with the save button, So you can watch i`t later or offline.

If the 3DS will support in-browser 3D Video viewing, a whole new world opens...

There should at least be an extra option for it in the Gallery
