Underrated games/series

-BlazBlue (Overshadowed by Street Fighter even though it's the most unique 2D fighter aside from SSB )

-Dead or Alive (Overshadowed by Tekken)

-Cave Story (Overshadowed by practically every 2D platformer ever)

What do you guys think?

Shantae (overshadowed by release of Game Boy Advance [due to being on Game Boy Color], newer version released on DSiWare)

Drill Dozer

Sonic Chronicles (it was so underrated that they ultimately never made a sequel and left the original game on a cliffhanger)

What I wanna know is where's the caveman

The only fighting game I love more than Dead Or Alive 4/Dimensions is Super Smash Bros. Melee. BUT, have you ever heard of Beetle Adventure Racing for the N64? If not, you missed out on what I believe is still one of the best racing games ever crafted. And you play as Volkswagen Beetles-- that alone makes it worth checking out!

@Robbie-You haven't played BlazBlue or Dead or Alive. Give me a good description of the true ending in BlazBlue Continuum Shift II and sum of DOAD's Chronicle for me and maybe I'll believe you.

Another underrated game is chibi-robo. I like the chibi series, I don't know bout all of you but I liked those games. To bad the newest one was Japan only.

Pikmin is another one but I think it's finally coming out of the dark since nintendo is using pikmin 3 as one of the launch games.
