Okay, this has been going on for awhile now, and it's kind of annoying. Whenever I open up the camera or upload a picture to the internet and then return to the main menu, all my downloaded apps are gone. Then when I go to system settings, and go to data management it says "SD card corrupted. Delete all data?" So I exit system settings, my apps boot back up, and it doesn't say anything about "SD card corruption" Do any of you guys know whats going on?

I don't think thats a glitch. My apps COMPLETELY disappear.

I dropped it once, but this started happening a least two months after I dropped it. I should add that all my in game data is still fine.

try this: take the sd card out and back in, but make sure the 3ds is turned off

I took out the SD-card and put it back in. Nothing. I suppose I'll survive, I mean they're still there, it just is more tedious to boot them up. I know the problem lies within the camera app.
