The law of politics will dictate the case of the Xbox.

It's up to the supreme court, so it won't be, since the very court that upholds the U.S. constitution won't ban a console nationwide over a dispute. That breaks the 1st Amendment, since Video games are an art medium, and thus, protected.

SOPA as a law never passed through congress, but the court already declared it unconstitutional due to the fact it meant censorship of the internet in the U.S.

Obama however, signed ACTA. Meaning Obama doesn't give two s---s about the 1st ammendment.

However, the ban is not in his territory since it's a court case, thus in the range of the judicial branch of power.

Ergo, The court won't ban the Xbox, but probably let them off with a fine. No real damage since microsoft makes tons off the U.S. consoles anyways.
