Between August 27th and October 6th, GameStop will be giving out the Pokemon Keldeo for free.

For Europeans, GAME or Gamestation stores will be doing the same thing from September 1st to October 11th.

Transferring Keldeo to Pokemon White and Black 2 enables it to learn a new move, "Secret Sword".

You don't have to transfer it to Black 2 and White 2 for it to learn the move. Just take it to the Moor of Icirrus in Black and White along with Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion, and an event will trigger, teaching it the move.

However, learning Secret Sword in Black and White 2 will allow it to transform into its Resolution Forme.
