I think there should be a special chat room where you need a certain level of reputation to enter.
In the chats recently there have been a TON of n00bs asking "wer did u git that star" and typing /star thinking they will get one.

Its really annoying, so I think there should be a chat where only people with stars can enter. +Mods and Robdeprop of course.

Not to mention it will be a nice, peaceful place to hang out, without all the poor grammar, swearing, and other things that the normal chats are full of.
