Advertising room/App

I feel that we need a place to advertise forums, clubs, and upcoming events on 3DSPlaza. So, why an advertising room you ask? Well, chatrooms are always too crowded and gives plenty of 503 errors. And forums don't get enough people to respond to anything. If this gets approved, we can send a message and advertisements throughout the nation of 3DSPlaza.
