I Just had to make this forum more clearer. I'd rather you scroll down to Edit Edit, because this is getting out of hand. If the owner of this site can create 2 chat rooms, just for roleplaying (no, seriously, it's basically made just for roleplay, I even facepalmed myself), then you can make more chat rooms for playing games. No johns.


With all seriousness, I want even the trolls/kids to read this and consider what I have to say, a good idea. I am a new registered member, not too long from now, I have been in this site for nearly a week, and from what I've seen, all people do now is use all three (Yes, all three) Chatroom Original, Red, and Yellow, talk about off topic stuff. My idea, instead of naming them by colors (Which shouldn't have been in the first place) change the names of them into:



* Chatroom Original > 3DS/DS Wi-Fi Chat Room
* Chatroom Red > Nintendo Wii Wi-Fi Chat Room (In a nearby future, also a Wii U)
* Chatroom Yellow > Social Chat Room
The other 2 chat rooms are fine, people can shut up now it overcrowding.



Easy... and hopefully people can easily distinguish the chat rooms in which game they really want to play, since this is a Nintendo Site, correct?

Now, I assume that people with higher powers (mentioning above moderators) will throw aside this idea and probably say something like "This idea is dumb" or "It's fine the way it is". I understand that you staff members probably do not have a system or handheld to play with, but this site was originally built for 3DS members who wish to compete in online matches against each other and should be used as one.



For those who agree with me and reply to this topic, thank you for hearing me out, as far as everything goes, it's fine as it is, other than the chat rooms, the one place where people can easily trade codes, are people who don't even play games anymore and talk about how their dog learned to sit. Please reply to me your thoughts on this topic if you've read it and again, thank you.


Edit: Cause most people socialize, they're taking the offensive to this type of topic. I understand that you're not a competitive player, but what about those non-social people? Don't just consider yourself, consider what others want as well.

Excuse me? What the heck is this? I see this type of stuff in every chat room, it's ridiculous. I demand you guys seriously create a chat room for Nintendo Wi-Fi Online games. If you have a XBox 360 or a Playstation 3, that's great and all, this is a damn Nintendo website, and if you want to talk to your little friends, just open another tab, and don't be in the one you already are, if it means that much to you, seriously. There's a group of people, people who like to pull each others tails, people that are gamers, and those who just want to talk about their funny problems in their sad life just to create more depression

You know, instead of griping and complaining about how there is a roleplaying room but not a Nintendo Wi-Fi Online Games room, you could have said "Hey, I think there should be a scheduled time in each room for talking about this _____." Seriously, the way you put it made it bright and obvious that you aren't happy with this site or its members. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, I mean, you want us to improve in a sense. But really, the mods do a lot to keep this site standing on two legs, and if we don't live up to your standards, then hey. Sorry. You oughtta appreciate what you've got.
And you pulled that excerpt from the current RP room, where you're actually supposed to RP. It occurs in each room only because they're set to be RP rooms on different days. Users can talk about whatever they want. You don't order chats under specific categories, that would be why we have forums. The events section is for online games and such. I'm just a bit disappointed that you are wanting to shape this site into something else.

I'm trying to get a point across, respect isn't really something that concern me. If that's what it takes for me to get this word out, then I will do exactly that. All the chats are nearly the same, someone can easily create a chat that's for gaming, is it really that hard?

1 gaming chat is okay. NOT turning 3 chats into gaming. The social chat will be full and laggy. I'd guesd 1 gaming chat could be orange(?).
