I'm making a website and I need help building it. (SomeLuigi would be a good partner. But since I'm not going to get him, I need someone with great experience with HTML, CSS, BBC, PHP, ect., ect..)
Also, if you become my partner, don't do anything that I don't aproove of/want on my site.

Question: Should I move this to Website Programming? It's related to both of these (web programming and other websites).

Is that taken from fhna? If so, they changed their TOS since Klub came around.
