I woke up in a room. I couldn't see anything, and then I realized... it was just an empty black room. I was strapped to a chair.
A door opened slowly with a burst of white. I was temporarily blinded. I saw a black figure walk over to me, slowly creeping towards me as I struggled to get out. No luck, it was bolted to the ground. I asked him who he was. "I am the bringer of nightmares, the bringer of death. I am your own personal Hell.". I...laughed and said "How long did that take you to come up with?" In a soft voice he whispered in my ear "Ignorance. Such ignorance..."

I felt cold steel plunge into my chest.

"Now, will you only be speak when adressed?"

"Y-yes" I mananged to sputter through blood.

He laughed maniacally. "You are so unaware of true pain. You are unaware of fear."

I coughed up more blood, the warm liquid seeping through my lips.

"You are unaware of death."

I was plunged into darkness after those words.
