Major Bugfix! Spoiler & other Nesting Bugs FIXED!

Sad moment. You can't place a spoiler in a spoiler using the solutions given by me. I however will be writing my own BBCode Engine (yes, I hear the "oh gawd"s), which I will try and fix these issues.

I'd like to kindly announce (lolwut am I saying?) that I have just fixed most occurences of Spoiler/Nesting Bugs.

You will be presented with an error like this upon creating bad nesting:

[red]

Invalid nesting error at tag #red (phase "red") when parsing

[cn][/red][/cn]

### end of error report. extra information that may or may not be useful to developers: *CCT*0*END OF EXTRA INFO**CCT*0*END OF EXTRA INFO**CCT*0*END OF EXTRA INFO**CCT*0*END OF EXTRA INFO**CCT*0*END OF EXTRA INFO**CCT*1*END OF EXTRA INFO*

Please note that ENDing tags that are inline now need to be nochar'd to disable, not just the first one.

Is it right that you can't put a spoiler in another spoiler from now on?
If not, please tell me how to do that!

IÂ´m from Germany. And thatÂ´s why IÂ´m online at the wrong times. Well, I guess itÂ´s time to begin saying farewell to 3DSPlaza. Thanks for everyone who made this place fun somewhen in the last 10 years!
