I have finished a small image that I thought could be good for Forum Moderators in Chatrooms a long time ago and I decided to give it as a suggestion.

Here is the image..

I accidentally set the file to GIF, but I'll change the file soon.

The image could be given to a Forum Moderator and would be shown once the Forum Moderator is in a Chatroom as a side Icon for they're name.

I can also shrink the image a bit and make it more smaller to fit within username.

Edit*: As for a Chat and Forum moderator, they can request for it to be changed, or there could be a special selection in the "My Profile" tab on the Chats, close to the panel where you change your username color.

What about if a user is a forum and a chatroom moderator, what image will they use?

I could probably, not to bash your sprite, make a more important, serious sprite, and in case if your a chat moderator and a forum moderator, it will be animated.
