its not MK7 because there is no hacker in their yet. its probably the P.S.S issue, the freezing will make the memory get corrupted in different ways, so thats the problem.

Oh I forgot about the SD card. Well that you'r problem for all of it. While your playing you cant take out the SD card because Its saving all the time so when you take it out it messes the file up. So your Miis are gone because of that reason; so I hope you got all of what I said
