I think a Gif Tube would be cool...Since you can't watch videos on a 3DS/DSi,we would have Gif Tube on Plaza where we could post gifs by typing in their URLs.Though,I guess there could be a section on there where you have to have a computer/wii so you can watch real videos.IDK,what do you guys think?
