I understand this would be not good 'cause of gambling.... and I HATE slots. Card games, table, etc. WHATEVER... but to not lose TOO many pts. I want to combine my lottery with the casino. I get how it's a great idea... the games... the wins (give great joy). It's like an arcade.... you "gamble" to play... and you win stuff. (possibly lose/don't get anything...) I know there's mostly children here. I can't help it. It's just a casino.

When you pay to buy tickets at school for a drawing..

That's gambling.

My school had tickets for $5 dollars to get an iPad mini, they only got a few tickets though.

Lots of things is technically gambling, like raffling.
