When I got a shiny Ivysaur from the Friend Safari.

I, personally, fail at least once a game. My worst fail was three years ago. I had been playing Pokemon Black and I found a shiny Audino in some shaking grass. I immediately chucked a Great Ball and caught it first try. The fail is as follows : I took out my Pokemon Black game cart after saving and put it in my pocket. Several hours later, after running with my PokeWalker for Soul Silver, my game was no longer in my pocket. I had to buy another cartridge because I never found the original.

I found a shiny Geodude in Crystal when I was 4, ran because I didn't know what it was-- until I told my brother after he came home from school and got ticked.

Also, while I don't remember the details, I had to restart PMD:EoT after I screwed something up during the post-game Palkia thing.

My worst memory is the time that i found a Shiny Zigzagoon but couldn't catch it, because i didn't get Pokeballs yet.
