I agree, because it's stupid that it's illegal for regular people to kill their pets but shelters are allowed to. Shelters think that if a pet doesn't get adopted by a certain amount of time, that nobody wants it, so they decide to kill it. But, there could be a person that really wants a certain pet and is saving up to adopt it, and as soon as they try to, it's gone forever. No Kill shelters should be the only pet shelters in existence.

Objection! While most of it is good what of the sickest animal there? So sick it could die in pain. Would you want it to go through so much pain ever so close to death and you have to watch it?
