New things include Wonder Trade which trading random pokemon with other people. something else that is new is that you can send messages to friends while playing via pss. you can also tell what their doing via pss simmilar the c-gear did it.
in gts you don't need to have seen the pokemon to search it now
You can upload pictures that you take within the game to the global link website where you can then share them in other places
you can also receive news about promotion or stuff from the global link within the game. also on the global link website their will be a timeline recording your journey where people can see it.
im sure other stuff will carry over from black/white 2. as for the last question no that hasn't been confirmed yet.

The newest corocoro mgazine has leaked with plenty of new things about the game.
-There are now Mega Pokemon, which are forms it seems, which the revealed Mewtwo Form is part of. Blaziken, Absol, Lucario, Ampharos, and Mawile (Steel/Fairy)have them.
MBlaziken has Speed Boost
MLucario has Adaptability
MMawile has Huge Power.
MAbsol has Magic Bounce.
MAmpharos is Electric/Dragon and has Mold Breaker.
-These Pokemon have to go through a special evolution called Mega Evolution
-Mawile is also re-typed Steel/Fairy (which was part of WPM rumors)
-Gogoat Pre-Evolution is Skiddo.
-Electric/Fairy called Dedenne. Antennae Pokemon. Knows Pick-Up or Cheek Pouches.
-Normal Rabbit named Bunnelby. Digging Pokemon. Knows Pick-Up or Cheek Pouches.
-New Waifu Material, Korrina. Blonde chick with Rollerblades and skull helmet, Gym Leader of Shalour Citywho holds the key to Mega Evolutions.
-Torchic being distributed with Mega Stone allowing it to become Mega Blaziken, October 12-January 15th via WiFi.
UPDATE
-Pokemon can only Mega Evolve when they are holding a Mega Stone
- Mega stones come with specific items such as Blazikenite
- Pokemon only hold this formduring battle.
-NOT ALL Pokemon will get this evolution
-Master Tower has some connection to Mega Evolution
-Mega Lucario gets increased Attack
- Mega Absol gets increased Attack & Speed
-A new Super Training Facility that will be used to Ev train pokemon
-Mega Lucario will hold Lucarionite
Super Training (EV training):
"Super Training or S.T. is being introduced in Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, allowing players to help their Pokemon grow stronger when they're not in battle. On the Touch Screen of the Nintendo 3DS system, players can have their Pokemon participate in Super Training, activities that will increase a Pokemon's Effort Values, the underlying values that define its HP, Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Speed stats.
One Super Training activity involves having Pokemon train by facing huge Pokemon-shaped Balloon Bots in a virtual space, with both sides trying to shoot balls into the opponent's goal. Using the Circle Pad and Touch Screen to avoid shots from the Balloon Bots while landing their own in the goal, players will enjoy this action-packed feature while increasing their Pokemons Effort Values to help them become stronger for battle.
For a more casual way to help Pokemon strengthen their Effort Values, Core Training lets players set up training bags, earned by completing Super-Training Regimens, for Pokemon in their party to use. Pokemon will work on Core Training by themselves, raising their stats on their own. By tapping on the Touch Screen during a Core Training session, players can help their Pokemon increase their Effort Values, too. Players will be able to see how their Pokemon are doing at their Core Training at any time from the main Super Training screen.
EVs can now be tracked by an Effort o Meter which shows the progress of the Pokemon and the amount in can still have" - Serebii
