I haven't been able to get physical results besides hooves and mane BUT it feels exactly like you think they would feel like. And by that I mean YOU personally. As for the personality, smiling constantly, making other ponies smile, laughing and experiencing overwhelming joy and happiness? Its amazing. All that needs to be said
