And so I listened to the first 3-5 minutes of the DJ Pon3 hypnotion just to see what it sounded like and everything started to happen. I wasn't ready to be hypnotized, so I turned it off.

Oh, and mega first told me about it, I was sceptical at first, but now I plan on trying it. I'll try it at night when everyone's asleep.. I don't need my parents wondering why I have an entirely different personality..

There's triggers, I think you can turn it on/off. Just keep trying and make sure that you're completely relaxed/focused.

Even if you don't feel the things happening, just pretend you do. Don't try to move when it says you can't. Hypnosis is all in your mind. The only way for it to work is if YOU believe in it.
