I think you're the only one that sees it like that.

What I say is never final. I allow (yes Leviathan, I allow it) every forum moderator to exert veto power. This almost never happens though, but let's just say I move something somewhere. If another mod moves it, I'm not allowed to do anything about it because my decision's been overturned. That being said, don't be mad if I say something in a way that tells you I'm the authority around here or makes you feel that way, because anyone can challenge anything I do.

It would be one thing to have users come here to be like: "What do you guys think of me?"...but otherwise it seems like just giving criticism to people who never asked for it, and they likely won't be open to accepting it.

I just think clicking on a thread and unexpectedly (despite it being a user critiquing thread) seeing people list your bad qualities, for no apparent reason, would be pretty upsetting. When users criticise each other in the forums, it's usually during a time when they're in the moment so you might understand where they're coming from...but this thread is just encouraging users to critique others....just because.

The reason I haven't closed this is mostly because Anti is a resonable, fellow forum mod. We both moderate the forums according to the rules, and if he doesn't think this is violating the rules then he has a reason for that. It's worth discussing it.

I'm sure if people say their opinions on others in a non insulting way (like I told people to in the OP) nobody will get offended. Sure, seeing flaws
being pointed out could make users feel a little hurt, but overal, this thread will be beneficial. The end result will be everyone being generally more kind to each other. I believe that is worth it.

I get where you're coming from though. Nothing wrong with being cautious, but I think you tend to expect the worst sometimes. That's not even a bad trait though. It just means you're prepared for keeping things like that from happening.

Concerning the rules; this isn't directed towards one specific user. It's to help the community as a whole without attacking anyone and in a civil manner, so it isn't against the rules. I'll spend most of my day watching this thread or checking it every few minutes if you're concerned about the users emotional state (I am too) so there's no need to worry. You have my word.

Imagine my comments in a soft spoken or neutral voice or something. That might make me seem less... Can't find the word I'm looking for.

Edit: I know! You know that guy from death note L/Ryuzaki? Imagine his voice coming from me. Both English and Japanese version would work, I think. Not saying I'm like him or anything.

My opinion on Leviathan;

It might take a while for me to get to the point and explain what I mean, but I think you'll read the whole thing. I'll try to be brief.

With your opinions on carlos being stated often, people are starting to become irritated, which is not worth it. Yes, being too focused on the opinions of others is not something you worry about, however, when an important issue comes up and you are needed (and I do believe a time like that may come) but many flat out ignore what you have to say because they got mad at you for mentioning carlos11 so often, it would be a shame. Whether or not carlos11 is not fit to be a moderator shouldn't be stressed about as much as you seem to. The worst he can do is lock a thread that doesn't break a rules because he is way too logical to make a mistake any stupider than that. Hell, I doubt he will even lock a thread ever that shouldn't be locked. Maybe once or twice, but I doubt it.

For the most part, carlos won't do any serious damage. He is not plazas next big challenge.

My point is, you're too focused on what isn't worth causing others to lose your respect. He won't destroy the forums. Lani would stop him. Jericho would stop him. You would stop him. There is no need to worry about what he will do.
