You mean me right? Well here's the deal. I doubt many challengers will show up, but you'd have to obtain 5-6 pokemon of a specific type and show some form of mastery over it. Unless I'm thinking of doing an Elite 4 type deal where I get 3 other people and we see who's fit to be in the Elite 4. Whoever beats all 4 can be the league Champ and must defend their title against others.
