I like cigars because I can have one a week and not have cravings, whereas cigarettes I'll have several in a day.
As for pipe tobacco, I just really like the taste.

@Mega, while I can see what you're getting at, idiots people say that soda is terrible for you, too. However, my drinking diet consists of soda first and foremost, followed by milk, with some apple juice, Moscato, and hot cocoa thrown in occasionally for good measure; I can't remember the last time I had a drink of water, but I'm still all-in-all pretty healthy. I'm not saying cigars/cigarettes/drugs, etc. are good for you, but just remember that it comes from the same hole that demonises soda and fast food.

Smoking once a day will only work for so long. I'm not a smoker so I can't speak for it, but I'm pretty sure, with nicotine, as with most drugs, your body builds up a tolerance. Don't most people start smoking to destress? It's not like they'll only get stressed once a day, either. From what I read in my 30 second google search, the high lasts for a short time. Then there's a low, which'll leave you craving another.
