Crush, you're taking things from one extreme to the other. In what world are eyes sexual? There would have to be more going on the the picture for "hungry looking eyes" to even be implied. Seriously, identifying inappropriate/sexualized content isn't rocket science. There's no need to make it so complicated. If I left some of Panz's underwear girl pics in spoilers, then obviously a woman wearing a burka isn't an issue at all.
