I can assume that he's played all those games, but for the sake of fairness, Diggersbys votes won't count until he confirms he has indeed played all the games. Remember, if you didn't play it, the vote doesn't count; and again, you don't need to vote in every category. For instance, Arkham Knight looks awesome from a gameplay perspective, and a graphical one. But since I haven't played it, I couldn't vote for it under Best Action, Best Graphics, etc.

We've got one vote for Project Mirai, and one pending vote for Rock Band 4. If Diggersby just says that he played all the games he voted for, and nobody else votes, then it would be a tie for that category, @PC.
