I've read that plus and minus were supposed to be on a home consl.

Dialga hasn't ever had a primal reversion. If you're talking about Temporal Dialga from Mystery Dungeon, then that was Dialga under the control of Darkrai.

He was called Primal Dialga, not Temporal Dialga.

That was Primal Dialga. At least in the US, where I got my copy. Also "Temporal" deals with time, which Dialga controls (I guess that would be the word). So even regular Dialga is kinda temporal.

I should probably write a new story... but will I finish it?

Primal Dialga is called Dark Dialga in Japan.
