How so? There can be times where SL isn't able to get a person's account back.
Whether or not he's able to, changing a username to this and that is also an option. Like ModernSonic did.

I actually think this is good since now you have no other choice but to ask for a name change because you can't register now, I mean it may be annoying with the multiple changes but still i'd rather have name changes than 20-30 alts a day.

2. Spamming everywhere.

OR, when clicking "EDIT" next to your name in your profile, there's some bar where it asks "Would you like to change your name?" and when you click "yes", you change your name and it then says "Stick with that name that you have chosen. Got that? You may change your name in the next 30+ days.
