But think about it, you can't stop a pedo/perv sending you naked pics via Streetpass. But with spot pass you could always delete them as friend.

This is stupid. I don't use Swapnote, but what people privately send each other isn't Nintendo's business.

Then you deal with the individual responsible, you don't shut down a service used by millions of people.

If the 3DS had an account system this wouldn't be happening, but for whatever reason, there still isn't one. I seriously wonder what goes on at Nintendo. They must know how strong the demand for one is, it baffles me that it is 2013 yet the 3DS has worse online than the original Xbox, a decade old system.

Flipnote 3D Website is still on.

Just because the 3DS doesn't have an account system that doesn't mean the service is crap.

By the way, did you know that the 3DS is getting their own account system in November, or December?

@Nintendude-Never said anything about any service being crap, but the fact of the matter is that if the 3DS had an account system Nintendo wouldn't need to shut down Swapnote because they could just ban the offenders.

And I seriously doubt the 3DS is getting an account system this December, because people were saying the exact same thing last year.
