We're user just like you.
OF COURSE WE HAVE TO CHECK OTHER CHATS, wich is WHAT WE DO.
But it's not because you check once other chat and that they were no mods that we have 0 efforts.
My point is
Mods check chats and ban users if possible, but we also sometimes chat with out friends. And I say it again, WE DO CHECK OTHER CHATS.
But it doesn't mean that we need a timer that will ring every minutes to swap chats.

SomeLuigi (2013-06-28 16:34:09)Mods do need to keep an eye on other rooms, but that is usually covered when the filled room does have mods.
At other times, the mods can find it easy to look through the rooms but get hung up in a conversation and end up forgetting about the sweeping.
It'd be good if there was some monitoring inplace to see when and where we could use added mods or something.
But other than that, SOME mods do need to give it a bit more serious attitude but I feel that it would help if the actual community spread out into chats a bit more and not just filled one room.
I guess it's human nature though. The problem is:
- The lesser-filled chats are where shady stuff goes on, but it's boring for mods to do.
- The more-filled chats are usually okay and the mods stay there.
Not to say the blame is dissipated at all, but it'd help if the community spread out + reported it to mods.
But then, the only users in those chats are the ones breaking the rules really.
Just my observations.
