To my previous post, have you ever downloaded games in the eShop on one 3ds and inserted that same SD card on another 3DS? It wouldn't work, they won't show up on that other 3DS system, but if you were to hack the 3DS software into thinking that you did... just imagine from there.
All_eShop_Games.zip > Copy > pasta > 3DS SD card = Hacked
