Plus you should add some rules to prevent groups that only cause flame wars. But i'm not gonna suggest any. That's for YOU to decide.

I think join costs... max 25, create max 100,max members should be 10-4000000 depending on type.
But what are you, the richest man on earth? Put a sock in the infinity group and make an ADVANCED and PRO group. Advanced:
Price to make/upgrade to: 700
Max price to Join: 200
Subscription max: 50/month
Members: 1000
pro double that.
