I believe so. I'm actually planning on evolving the one I'm training into Weavile. Stupid Razor Claw costs 48 BP at the Battle Maison though...

good trade! I already had a Feraligtr with Dragon Dance and Ice punch, I just didn't want to train it.. In all honesty, I actually have all the starters but I dont like the training part so much.

Well its soata of a downer since Weavile cant learn ice punch unless breed so thats a let down, but good thing i dont get bored breeding oh and if you want the claw you can have it i dont really need it (ATM) so your lucky having it for free
