What game that you own do you treasure the most?Is it one that you spent hours on end trying to unlock new things?

My 3DS game collection is small because I got it for Christmas last year, but have gotten 4 new games(not including the 2 my mom got me for Christmas) since then. My most prized game is Harvest Moon 3D a New Beginning. I just got it in the mail yesterday but spent hours earning money, unlocking new features, and getting Neil to a purple heart. Plus I'm already almost done with Fall! I'm hoping to get Neil to a higher heart level before the end of the week, maybe even possibly confess and give him the ring!
hi again

Video games are not that important.

They won't be rare because they're all available for download.

Nusty- But they can stop production of physical retail copies of games, and there are some people who just prefer owning a physical copy of a game. If there is demand for a retail version of an out of print game, that will raise the price, especially if the game is not that easy to come by.

If you are in the retro gaming community, you'd probably understand the whole price inflation in various retro games. You could say that there won't be rare games on something like NES because you can emulate from a PC, but many retro gamers want the actual cartridge or disc of said game. By your logic, Little Samson on the NES isn't a rare title because you can easily pull the game up on an emulator instead of shelling out $500-$1000 for an actual copy.
You won't see me here, but you might find me if you look in the right places.

But all the good games are $15 or less.

The only one I have physically: Dead Or Alive Dimensions. To my knowledge, it's still banned in at least three countries and is possibly the object of the most controversy of any 3DS game to this day, and with the Senran Kagura series growing in popularity, that's actually saying something.
Nutsy (2015-08-25 22:34:35)
Everybody loves Senran Kagura except my mom. I don't see the problem.

Not everybody, Nutsy. Everything has haters. I'm not one of them, but...

No, I'm just pointing out that, really, there doesn't seem to be the rallies, riots and outcry against SK that games of that nature tend to attract (at least here in Murica). Dead Or Alive Dimensions was banned or heavily edited in most countries, tho (including edited box art, censored age of fighters under the age of 18, and the edited camera mode feature in, once again, Murica), making it the most controversial, and therefore, most prized, 3DS game I own. Although I do have Ironfall downloaded, so that would be number two.
