As we all know, the Name Changing command was removed a while ago.. Blah blah blah, let's skip to the idea.

Anyways, the only 2 ways to change your name is to get a new account or ask an admin. When you get a new account, you'd lose your ID, 3DSPoints (if you don't transfer them), friends (if you have a lot, you'd have to re-add them all), and your csplit.

Admins often get bombarded by requests and it's not fair to them. They can't do all these requests.. Well they can, but it'd take a while.

The Actual Idea:
I have a solution. We could just have a command for a namechange. The first time you ask, it'd be free. The second time you ask, it'd be free. The second and third time it'd be 250 3DSPoints. The 4th and 5th time it'd be 500. It'd just keep doubling. There could also be a limit on name changing. Once every 1-2 weeks.

When you change your name, there would be a notice that says "[user] has changed their username to [current username]". This way, people will know you changed your username. Another way for them to know would be on your profile. There'd be a "name change history" part of your profile which would show what your original username was and what you've changed it to.

One more thing.. A reset name command. It'd reset your username to your original one. If there's someone who already has your old username, then it'd be lost until they change theirs.
