Nintendo has released a new promotional flyer that is said to relieve a bit of consumer confusion on what exactly Wii U is.

Flyer is Titled : Why Wii U?

Its not fail but it attracted you here unlike the pokemon article.

Although i do think the flyer wont help at all since people wont give there time to read it. A commercial or billboard or two would have been the appropriate choice. Also this flyer just shows what a terrible job nintendo did in promoting the console. without proper marketing not many people will come to realize what a great console this is or if its even a new console

Pretty lame. I don't blame people for being confused, the Wii U is just a mess.

1. In most Wii U ads the Gamepad is blown up, the actual system is appears small and obscure, the average consumer will think it's Wii and the Gamepad is just a fancy controller.

2. Nintendo did a terrible job with the controllers, much confusion. I mean, you have the Gamepad, the Wiimote+nunchuck, and the Pro controller.

On Xbox and PS3 you have the Xbox controller...and the PS3 controller.

But let's be honest, Nintendo isn't good with home consoles.

N64 and Gamecube got thrashed, and Wii was a turd. Wii U doesn't look much different.
