Yep. It's the news you've all been waiting for. Flipnote is finally coming to the 3DS.

Article: "The latest Nintendo Direct shows off the previously unannounced Flipnote Studio 3D. Miyamoto stated in an interview published yesterday that the external animation studio behind the forthcoming Pikmin cartoon series used Flipnote Studio 3D to mock-up samples. But about the price - no, I will not pay for such things, that's silly, I'm not going to do that. Put ads on it if you want, but I'm not paying to access an online feature of a service.

The WORST part is that Nintendo will still use Hatena. F*CK! The kids will still be there. But we have to pay a small fee. So that sort of prevents little kids of using it.
